It has just been announced that the Enron character, CFO Andy Fastow, will be played by actor Stephen Kunken. Kunken is best known for his role in Frost/Nixon on Broadway as James Reston from which he was nominated for Outer Critics Circle and Drama League. Other Broadway appearances of his include roles in Tom Stoppard’s Rock ‘n’ Roll, David Eldridge’s Festen, and David Auburn’s Proof. He also has experience with off-Broadway performances such as Thornton Wilder’s Our Town, Theresa Rebeck’s Our House, Courtney Baron’s A Very Common Procedure, and many more. Stephen Kunken is undeniably successful as an actor and his role in Enron is sure to add a spark to the already highly anticipated production. Make sure you catch a glimpse of Enron at the Broadhurst Theatre in NYC this spring/summer. Previews begin on April 8, 2010 and the official opening is April 27.
